Numtell

Terms of Service

Last updated October 27, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and EROKADS, 5 rue pleyel, saint denis, 93200, france ("Numtell", "we", "us"). By using Numtell you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old.

1. What Numtell is

Numtell provides reverse phone lookup reports for personal, informational use. A report can include the carrier, line type and region of a number, spam reports submitted by our users, information from public records and from data licensed from third-party providers (for example possible names, past addresses and related contacts, mainly for US and Canadian numbers), whether the number appears in known data breaches (breach names and dates only), and a plain-English summary written by AI from those results.

What a report contains depends on the number: some numbers return little or nothing beyond carrier data. Reports are compiled from existing records and are not generated in real time. Numtell does not show anyone's live location, and does not access phones, private messages, calls or online accounts.

2. Personal use only

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to view the reports you obtain, for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes, such as identifying an unknown caller, checking a number for scams before calling back, staying safe before meeting someone, or reviewing information about yourself.

3. What you must not do

You must not use Numtell, or any report or information from it:

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, without refund, and we may cooperate with law enforcement when the law requires it or when someone's safety is at risk.

4. Not a consumer reporting agency

Numtell is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the FCRA, and its reports are not consumer reports. They must not be used, in whole or in part, as a factor in any decision covered by the FCRA.

5. Accuracy

Report data comes from third-party sources that we do not control. It can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and a number may have belonged to someone else in the past, so information may relate to a previous holder of the number. Verify anything important independently, and do not take action against anyone on the basis of a report alone.

6. Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address (or with Google, where offered). Keep access to your email secure: anyone who can open those links can use your account. Tell us at once if you think your account has been used without your permission.

7. Trial, subscription and automatic renewal

Trial. Your first 7 days cost $3.99 (or $7.99 once the welcome offer has ended) and include 2 full reports.

Automatic renewal. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically and you are charged $29.99 every 28 days until you cancel. Each renewal adds report credits to your account. Prices are shown before you pay; sales tax or VAT may be added where it applies.

Reminder. We email you about 2 days before your trial ends, with the renewal date, the price and a link to cancel.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in a few clicks from your account page, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payments. Payments are processed by Whop, which acts as merchant of record, under Whop's own terms for buyers. Charges appear on your statement as WHOP*NUMTELL. If a renewal payment fails, we or Whop may retry it, and your access may pause until it succeeds.

Price changes. We may change the subscription price for future periods. We will tell you by email at least 14 days before a new price applies, and you can cancel before then.

8. Report credits and extra reports

Each report uses one credit. Reopening a report you already ran for the same number within 120 days is free. You can also buy a one-time pack of 10 extra reports for $9.99. Credits do not expire while your account is open, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred.

9. Refunds and your right to cancel

Your report is delivered immediately after payment. If you live in the UK or the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase; by asking us to deliver your report straight away, you agree that this right ends once the report has been delivered, as the law allows for digital content. This does not affect your right to cancel future renewals at any time.

Apart from that, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or where we were at fault (for example, you were charged twice or charged after cancelling). If something went wrong, contact us at [email protected] and we will look into it promptly.

10. Removing your information

Anyone can ask us to stop showing information connected to their own phone number through our removal page, free of charge.

11. Our content

The Numtell website, software, design and report format belong to us or our licensors. Apart from the licence in section 2, these terms give you no rights in them.

12. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is accurate or complete.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on a report, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

13. Your responsibility

If you break these terms or the law when using Numtell, you are responsible for the consequences, and you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from any claim that results, to the extent the law allows.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or on the website before it takes effect. Continuing to use Numtell after that means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

16. Contact

Questions about these terms, billing or misuse: [email protected], or by post to EROKADS, 5 rue pleyel, saint denis, 93200, france.
